Crossing Over

Crossing Over

Exodus 14:13-17

Transition and trancension are true components of life. There is nothing sweeter than crossing over through the providence of God. When God carries a soul across the rugged terrain of life, it is a feat that leaves the saint at a final destination of growth and experience in Christ. In the passages below is found the formula God gave to Moses and his successor, Joshua. The goal of Moses was to crossover the Red Sea and Joshua, the Jordan River

“And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. 14The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. 15And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: 16But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. 17And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen” (Exodus 14:13-17).

“Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel. 3Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses. 4From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast. 5There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. 6Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them” (Joshua 1:2-6).

As you crossover, know that God requires that you remain still so you can hear His commands and move when He sounds the charge. He will fight the battle for you and like Joshua, all that your feet touch in faith can be claimed as victorious. Do not fight with your own finite might, use the power of God in the crossover. Crossover in Christ today and come out of darkness. Remember, You are the clay In The Potter’s Hands. God has paved a way to save you today!
